My bike showed up in rough shape. The box was beaten up, the rear fender was bent, and there were scratches on the frame, so it definitely looked like it got tossed around during shipping.
I reached out to support, but it took way too long to get a clear answer. For the price, I expected a lot better, and I’m sure other customers would feel the same if their bike arrived like this. Really disappointing, and I wouldn’t order again.

I ordered from addmotor.com and for the most part, everything was right. The main stuff was correct, but one small part wasn’t the one I picked. I had to go back and forth with customer service over a few emails, and they did fix it, so that was good. It wasn’t a terrible experience, not terrible at all, I just wish they had checked the order a little better before sending it out.

Putting this together took way longer than I expected. The instructions were unclear in a few spots, and I kept having to backtrack. It feels a little unfair to sell something that needs assembly and then not provide directions that are actually easy to follow. Once it was done, it was fine, but the setup was way more annoying than it needed to be...

The bike works alright overall, but I just haven’t found it very comfortable once I’m on it for more than 20 minutes or so. The seat starts feeling hard, and every bump seems to come straight through the frame. I messed with the adjustments a bit, but it still felt rough. Maybe the frame is just stiffer than it looks, or maybe they cheaped out on the seat padding, I don’t really know. For the price, I was expecting a smoother ride, so I’m a little disappointed.

The product itself seems fine, but the instructions were really not clear. A few steps felt like they were just skipped completely, and the pictures barely helped. I kept having to search around and guess what I was supposed to do next, and at one point I was just thinking, how is this okay? It’s not the worst product, but the setup took way longer than it should have

The ordering process was kind of annoying. The checkout page kept glitching on me, and then the confirmation email took way longer than it should have. I don’t know if it’s their website or whoever’s handling their checkout system, but they really need to fix it because it made a simple order feel like a hassle

I had a question about my Addmotor order, so I emailed support. They got back to me the next day, which felt reasonable. Not instant, but... yeah, totally fine.
The person who replied was actually helpful and answered my question in a real way, not one of those copied-and-pasted responses. I did have to send one follow-up because the tracking info was still a little unclear, but it got sorted out.

Overall, it was a good customer service experience. Not perfect, but they were polite, responsive, and seemed like they were actually trying to help. So, yeah, 4 stars from me.

I might be overthinking it, but the battery just doesn’t seem to last as long as I thought it would. The range drops quickly, and I kept wondering if I was using it wrong or if my expectations were too high. Either way, it ended up being kind of disappointing.

The brakes felt really weak and took way too long to stop, which felt scary. When I brought it up, I felt like I was being talked down to instead of listened to, like I didn’t know what I was feeling while driving. Not a great experience.

Right away, my first impression was that the battery range was not anywhere close to what was advertised. I expected it to hold up better, but it felt way off in normal use.

I was checking out the bikes on addmotor.com they do have a cool look. The colors are nice and the style stands out in a good way. I was about to say I really like the designs, but actually some of them look a little too big and heavy for what I’d personally go for. Still, they’re not bad at all, just maybe not totally my style. Overall, I’d say they’re okay.

I bought this from Addmotor thinking the motor would have solid power, especially for the price. But it feels underwhelming. Small hills slow it down fast. Way more than I expected.

Customer support wasn’t much help either. Mostly basic replies, no clear answer. Maybe it’s okay if you’re only riding on flat roads, but for my use, the motor power is disappointing. Wouldn’t buy again

It does fine going up little hills, no real issue there. Once the hill gets steeper though, it starts to struggle a bit and you can tell it’s working hard. Not bad overall, just don’t expect it to fly up big inclines lol.

The item itself seemed fine, but the box was definitely damaged when it arrived. Like, really beat up, really beat up. Not the best packaging experience.

Not gonna lie, I’m frustrated. I reached out about the warranty and I’m still waiting for someone to get back to me. So far, the support hasn’t been much help.
